Responsibilities

Connect with local families and business owners to assess their unique financial protection needs.

Design customized insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind for our neighbors.

Manage your own calendar to ensure consistent follow-ups and high-quality service for your policyholders.

Maintain deep knowledge of current insurance products to provide accurate and helpful recommendations.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local outreach strategies and improve the client experience.

Requirements

Active Georgia Property Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way.

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Career minded vision.
• Follow through and exceed prospective client expectations.
• Successful sales background.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
