Interim Senior HRBP

The Interim Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, supporting global functions during a key transition. This role will focus on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally across a global HR team. The consultant will lead critical HR processes and projects while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives in a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment. Roles & Responsibilities Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leadership, including Commercial and R&D leaders Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives aligned with business strategy Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development efforts Analyze engagement survey results and develop actionable improvement plans Support performance management, compensation planning, and annual review processes Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management Partner with global HR teams to align on talent strategies and initiatives Lead and support employee development programs and leadership capability building Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and consistent practices Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding strategies Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and global mobility requirements Lead or contribute to global HR projects, including change management and communication planning Use data and insights to influence decision making and continuous improvement Required Skills & Experience Progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP experience Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in Commercial and/or R&D environments Strong background in organizational design, talent strategy, and change management Global HR experience with ability to operate in a matrixed organization Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise executive leadership Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with organizational goals Experience leading complex HR projects and initiatives Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast paced environment Versique is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
