- Additional Requirements:
- Availability for weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and floating per department guidelines.
- Strong experience in Pediatric Cardiac surgery.
- Proven expertise in Neuro, Ortho, General surgery, and Level 1 Trauma.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
