CT TechnologistThis position involves two shifts:Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 14:00)Night Shift: 5x8-Hour (16:30 - 22:30)Job DescriptionThe CT Technologist will be responsible for performing CT scans and radiology exams as required. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in various imaging techniques while providing high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform CT imaging procedures with high accuracy and patient safety.Administer and prepare contrast media as necessary.Interpret scan results and collaborate with physicians for diagnostic purposes.Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.Participate in on-call rotations as needed (2-4 nights per month).Work weekends (Saturday/Sunday from 14:00 - 22:30).QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT CT.Experience with GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba imaging systems.Knowledge of adult acute care and outpatient procedures.Preferred experience in community hospitals.Unit and Facility InformationType of Facility: Short Term Acute CareTotal Staff Beds: 109Scrub Color: Any color (specific colors provided for OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child).Charting System: Epic.Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics.Expected patient ratios: 1:1 during night shifts; 2:1 during day shifts.Schedule RequirementsBlock schedules are required for planning.Must commit to working 3 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.All requests for time off must be submitted during the application process.Additional InformationProviders must possess a valid state license and be prepared to adhere to scheduled shifts and on-call duties. The position may require engagement with various interdisciplinary support services including IV Teams, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.The location of the facility is in the vicinity of the city and state.
