Associate Controller

Associate Controller Eastern Kentucky University – Richmond Campus Overview To assist the Controller's office with all facets of financial compliance and reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain the control environment on any financial or related processes and oversee the production of schedules for fiscal year‑end audit - 60% (Essential) Oversee the implementation and direction of all finance or related technology (including software) - 25% (Essential) Work on projects to keep the University in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations - 10% (Essential) Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned - 5% (Essential) Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Preferred: MBA, MPA, or Masters in Accounting or related business field. Experience: 5 years of related accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred. Licensure & Certifications: PA preferred.
