SUMMARY OF JOB

Redeemer Health is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to grow its Private Pay Home Care business in Philadelphia. This is a full time opportunity that combines healthcare leadership, business development, and relationship-building to expand services, strengthen referral partnerships, and help more individuals receive care in the comfort of home.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

• At least five years of progressive healthcare management experience, or a degree in healthcare administration or a related field with at least three years of progressive management experience.
• A demonstrated ability to grow client volume, develop referral networks, and attract new business beyond existing service areas.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and assessment skills.
• The ability to work independently and adapt in a changing healthcare environment.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the service area and to Redeemer Health locations.
• A commitment to the mission and values of Redeemer Health.
