Salon Manager
The Salon Manager is responsible for leading the salon team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving salon growth through strong leadership and daily execution. This role sets the standard for professionalism, coaches and develops team members, creates a positive work environment, and keeps the salon operating efficiently while achieving company goals.
Requirements:Qualifications
- Previous Great Clips management experience or at least 1 year of salon management experience required .
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Results-driven with a commitment to growing the salon and achieving performance goals.
- Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
