- Assist in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support team management by training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to control costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain service standards.
- Participate in menu planning and food preparation to ensure quality control.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food management practices, kitchen operations, and health regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with budgeting processes and financial oversight within a restaurant setting is preferred.
