Primary Care Physician - Northern California
A growing multidisciplinary healthcare practice in northern California is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care across a diverse population. This position involves providing preventive and chronic disease management, coordinating care with behavioral health and specialty providers, developing individualized treatment plans, and promoting overall wellness in an integrated outpatient setting, with a competitive compensation package.
Requirements:
- MD or DO with an active California medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current BLS certification
- Experience providing comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
