LOCUM CRNA Assignment in Jackson, Michigan

• Specialty: CRNA

• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Hospital-Based level 2 trauma center. 475 beds
\n
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3 months with the option to extend. Provider must be available to work 32-40 hours per week, 8's or 10's between Monday-Friday. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
\n
• Case Mix: Daily volume of approx 50 surgical cases.
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model. OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising Anesthesiologist, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident.
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 60 days
\n
• Active MI License: Yes, required to present
\n
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS through AHA required. PALS is also required.
\n
• Travel/Lodging/Rental or Mileage: Must be all-inclusive
\n
