Join us and start your extraordinary journey today.Position SummaryThe Asset Manager oversees a portfolio of properties, focusing on driving performance and ensuring each asset stays aligned with its business plan. This role analyzes financial and market data to identify key drivers and areas for improvement. The Asset Manager partners closely with operations, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to provide insights on property performance, marketing strategy, and capital projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic oversight of a portfolio of assets, to include:Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performanceIdentification of property-level and market trends and formulation of strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business planDevelop and maintain effective revenue strategies to strengthen the revenue performance of assets across diverse marketsDiagnose and respond to inquiries from senior leadership and external partners regarding property performance, market challenges, occupancy issues, and other drivers of asset financial performancePartner with, assess, influence, and performance manage operational teams within the assigned portfolioConduct periodic site visits to assess performance, evaluate market conditions, and establish strategic initiativesReview marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assetsCompile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partnersPerform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendationsMonitor the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return-on-investment calculationsAssist in preparing the construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sourcesEnsure compliance with loan agreements and manage all aspects of loan administration, including reporting and covenant monitoringAssist with acquisitions, recapitalizations, and dispositions within the portfolio by providing analytical and operational supportMay oversee an Asset Management Analyst with responsibility for training and mentoring of the analyst to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
