Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic financial institution location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help support timely responses to security-related needs. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for assistance, prioritize incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Document routine activity, incidents, and service requests in logs and/or reporting systems, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management as needed. Coordinate responses to alarms, suspicious activity, medical situations, and/or other critical events by gathering details, relaying information, and helping to support an organized response. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while helping to observe conditions, report concerns, and support security‑related operations across the location. Minimum Requirements Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to operate a Segway or T3 is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
