Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Surgical Technologist with a strong background in Operating Room Technology (ORT) and certification as a Surgical Tech. Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST or equivalent)
• Demonstrated expertise in operating room protocols, aseptic technique, and surgical instrumentation
• At least one year of recent experience working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the operating room
• Solid understanding of patient safety standards and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready for each procedure
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and supplies during surgery
• Maintain a sterile field at all times and monitor aseptic practices
• Account for all surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, anesthesia providers, and other care team members
• Support post-procedure turnover and clean-up, preparing for subsequent cases
• Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
