Housing & Community Outreach Specialist

LifeMoves is seeking a Bayside Outreach Specialist to engage unsheltered clients in the northern San Mateo County area, including Redwood City. You will provide case management, connect clients to housing, benefits, and healthcare resources, and advocate for client needs. Responsibilities include building support networks, coordinating with partner agencies, and ensuring documentation and reporting are accurate.
