About the role

As an IT Infrastructure Services Associate at Avery Dennison, you will serve as the primary contact within Network, Telephony, Platform, or Digital Workplace Services for the enterprise, business units, other IT functions, and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and support of service provisioning, performance assurance, operational escalation management, project fulfillment, and providing consulting guidance. You will evaluate infrastructure needs, contribute to solution recommendations for site networking and telephony implementations, and support end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution in an open, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role is an on-site position based in Greenfield, IN.

• Serve as the primary contact for Network, Telephony, Platform, or Digital Workplace Services across enterprise IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Manage oversight and support for service provisioning, performance assurance, operational escalations, and project fulfillment.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to provide infrastructure insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Collaborate with local GTS teams and suppliers for site Networking and Telephony Services implementations, refreshes, and technology updates.
• Support end-users with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution while maintaining alignment with data, communication, and security policies.

• You are Customer-Centric: You don't just fix computers; you improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You listen to business needs and translate them into technical solutions that actually work for people.
• You Bridge the IT/OT Divide: You are just as comfortable troubleshooting a server in a data center as you are supporting an industrial scanner on a noisy factory floor.

What You Bring

• Deep Technical Depth: 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting computer, server, and network systems. You have a solid grasp of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware technology.
• Digital Fluency: You are an expert in modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace) and have a foundational understanding of Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity standards.
• Communication Mastery: You can explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in both Spanish and English, ensuring everyone is aligned.
• The ITIL Mindset: You understand the value of the process. You use ITIL best practices to optimize incident resolution and problem prevention.

• Professional experience supporting or managing network, telephony, platform, or digital workplace infrastructure services.
• Strong technical expertise in conducting infrastructure needs analysis, capacity planning, and performance assurance.
• Proven problem-solving and project management capabilities with experience handling IT infrastructure implementations and operational escalations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to display agility, deliver high-quality work, and maintain strong cybersecurity awareness.
