Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Round on approximately patients per day
- Practice in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living communities
- Build lasting relationships with patients and facility teams
- Work independently with a high level of clinical autonomy
- Base salary of $275,000
- Productivity incentives with earning potential of $350,000 $400,000+ annually through RVUs
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine , Internal Medicine , or Geriatric Medicine
- Comfortable practicing independently in post-acute care settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Interested in developing long-term relationships within the facilities they serve
- Permanent full-time
- Permanent part-time
- Open to physicians seeking a locums-to-permanent transition
