Business Loan Specialist

Assisting the Lending division, the full-time AVP, Business Loan Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to lending clients, support loan application processes, and ensure the completion of necessary documentation for underwriting and closing. Key responsibilities Assist in completing loan applications and compiling documentation for pre-qualification Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential lending customers Support the underwriting and closing processes for loan applications Required qualifications Intermediate computer proficiency with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred college degree Ability to participate in hands-on training and coaching modules Self-motivated with a strong teamwork attitude Capability to multi-task and work with multiple applications concurrently
