Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, dual-role Dry Cleaners Route Driver and Brand Ambassador . In this role, you will safely operate a company Sprinter van to provide route delivery and pick-up services across premium Miami-Dade communities. Additionally, you will drive business growth by making friendly, direct presentations to residents in our service areas to acquire new delivery customers.

Schedule Requirements

• Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 6:45 AM.
• Availability: Requires open availability until the route is finished.
• End Times: Finish times vary based on daily route needs (typically between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Route Delivery: Provide efficient pick-up and delivery services using a company-provided Sprinter van.
• Business Growth: Conduct customer acquisition activities to expand our residential customer base.
• Direct Presentations: Make friendly, individual presentations to neighboring residents along your route.
• Safe Driving: Safely operate company vehicles and strictly obey all traffic laws.
• Customer Service: Maintain professional, courteous, and exceptional interactions with customers.
• Route Navigation: Follow GPS navigation and pre-arranged stop orders with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

• Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background Check: Must pass a required background check.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, NO CDL required.
• Experience: Prior experience driving a Sprinter-type van and working in customer service.
• Sales Aptitude: Basic experience or comfort in soft sales, field promotions, or face-to-face marketing.
• Language: Strong English communication skills are required. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted. Comfort constantly stepping in and out of a van and handling hanging garments. Full range of color perception is required.
• Grooming Standards: Professional, well-groomed business appearance. No facial piercings allowed. Body art/tattoos must be fully covered. Facial hair must be clean, neat, and well-trimmed.
• Smoke-Free Environment: Strict no smoking/vaping policy inside all company facilities, vehicles, and customer premises.
