Warehouse SupervisorThe Warehouse Supervisor for The Bath Authority is responsible for managing the storage, handling, and distribution of bath materials and fixtures to support daily installation projects. This role ensures materials are organized, inventory is accurate, and crews receive the right products on time to keep remodel projects on schedule.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations for bath remodeling materials, including tubs, showers, vanities, glass enclosures, tile, plumbing fixtures, and hardwareCoordinate material staging and delivery for scheduled remodeling jobsMaintain accurate inventory levels and track material usage by projectInspect incoming materials for damage or defects and manage returns or replacementsEnsure proper storage and handling of fragile and high-value items (glass, finishes, custom products)Work closely with project managers, installers, and purchasing to prevent job delaysMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentEnforce safety standards and equipment usage proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve material flow, storage layout, and efficiencyAbility to run materials to a job site if/when neededWeekly commutes to multiple warehouses in the RegionAny additional related responsibilities as assigned by Operations managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in construction, remodeling, or building materialsFamiliarity with bath or construction materials (plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, tile, glass) strongly preferredStrong organizational and scheduling skillsAbility to read job schedules, material lists, and basic construction documentsComfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer toolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move materials up to 75 lbsAbility to safely handle large, fragile, and awkward items such as glass panels and tubsStanding, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workdayWork EnvironmentWarehouse and loading dock environmentRegular interaction with installers and delivery teamsOccasional early mornings to support jobsite schedulesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities within a growing remodeling companyGDI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veterans' status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #ENGINDWM
