Earned Social Strategist, Music

Contract - 6 months • Hybrid – Onsite in Culver City, California We’re looking for an Earned Social Strategist to work with organic social strategy and execution across artist, host, publisher, and fan community channels. In this role, you’ll create social-first campaigns and activations that spark conversations, amplify music discovery, and celebrate culture. You are a cultural trend expert who lives and breathes internet and fan communities and will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to build impactful narratives that inspire global audiences and drive engagement. Responsibilities Lead the social media strategy and execution for artist, host, and community accounts. Build and manage relationships with culturally relevant social accounts and digital publishers. Partner with internal teams to plan, brief, and report on integrated campaigns and activations. Write and refine social copy with the right tone of voice for artist campaigns and playlists. Ensure all partner content meets brand standards and creative guidelines. Track evolving social trends and best practices to inform strategy and guide partners. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration across other lines of business. Who You Are Deeply passionate about music, digital culture, and storytelling. Experienced in community management, content creation, and social strategy. Brings 4+ years of experience in strategy development, digital marketing, or related creative roles. Prior experience working with or for a record label, music platform, or entertainment brand. A creative thinker with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Fluent in the nuances of short-form platforms and fan engagement. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously.
