Maintain timely and accurate medical record documentation, including goals and related clinical documentation. Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval as required. Participate in student programming with appropriate supervision and learning support. Adhere to the discipline‑specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing, including required continuing education. Support performance improvement initiatives and follow through on action plans. Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct consistent with role expectations and organizational standards. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. CPR certification. Pilvic health specialty. Active/applies license for the state where work will be performed.
