Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced  Concrete Foundation Laborer / Concrete Form Carpenter to join our growing construction team. If you have hands-on experience with  residential concrete foundations ,  concrete form installation , and  flatwork , we want to hear from you. Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and build  concrete forms for residential foundations
• Perform  concrete flatwork and foundation preparation
• Tie reinforcing steel ( wire tying/rebar installation )
• Assist with  concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup
• Read and follow construction plans and job specifications
• Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule

QualificationsRequired

• Previous  concrete foundation experience is required
• Experience installing  concrete forms ,  flatwork ,  wire tying , and  concrete finishing
• Experience working on  residential housing foundations
• Reliable transportation and a  dependable vehicle to travel to job sites
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform physically demanding work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred (Not Required)

• Spanish-speaking
• Ability to read and interpret  construction blueprints
• Carpentry experience related to concrete forming
