You will plan, organize, staff, and direct client care on a daily operational basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Your role will involve facilitating clinical case staffings, providing supervision to team members, and promoting integration of clinical, community support, and physical healthcare services.The Clinical Supervisor position offers…Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no costCareer Advancement & Wage Growth - Grow in your career with great opportunities for upward mobility and added incomeComprehensive Training - Learn and develop skills with our robust on-the-job trainingWorkplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting healthy, joyful workforce engagementKey Responsibilities:Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities servedParticipate in the selection of off-site resources for needed services and inform other agencies about the services offered by the organizationComplete monthly/quarterly record reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standardsFacilitate weekly clinical case staffings, team, and diagnostic disposition meetingsConduct intakes, individual, family, and group therapy as neededComplete and review written reports to referral sources in a timely mannerProvide oversight for service delivery, ensuring services are appropriate and clinically justifiedMonitor progress notes for thoroughness and completenessDevelop evolving programmatic schedules to meet client needsCoordinate services and collaborate with outside agenciesAdhere to and monitor program budget, managing services and reviewing units of service for each clientProvide uninterrupted coverage by scheduling staff and arranging substitute coverageComplete team member evaluations, providing clinical direction and supervisionEnsure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff membersRespond to crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completedDevelop and implement QM measurement systems to promote continuous improvementOversee team communication, addressing complaints and developing plans to address program concernsAssist in quarterly reports and indicators, participating in QM meetingsSecure appropriate referrals from other service providersOversee environmental conditions in terms of safety, cleanliness, and coordination with operations associatesEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related fieldAt least three (3) years of professional experience in the treatment or behavioral health of substance use disordersAdditional Qualifications:Thorough knowledge of clinical best practices and techniques related to mental health and substance use disorder treatment servicesKnowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations of the programConsiderable knowledge of methods and modalities, as well as legal requirements and court procedures related to treating mental health and substance use disordersSkilled in effective supervision and training methodsAbility to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsBrightli is on a Mission:We are dedicated to changing and saving lives.
