Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our group to help support order management related projects. An ideal candidate will also have good data related project experience.
Top Desired Skills
- BA/ BSA with at least 5+ years of experience and strong data analysis experience
- Order management related project experience - Systems Integration experience
- Experience with MS Office/Excel
The objectives I have are requiring a Business analyst type skillset with strengths in customer service and order management. Ideal candidate will have a good mix of Business and Data/Systems Analysis/Analytics from Business side. This person should be very strong with customer facing skills on a day to day basis. They will work with vendors/dealers/internal customers at any given piece of the week. The site that this team maintains is about a 20 million dollar parts/accessories site for Ford that is growing rapidly.
Deliverables
- Data analysis, including but not limited to sales, inventory, fulfillment, etc. to be performed weekly to identify issues or opportunities, develop recommendations/solutions/best practices, to be shared with Ford SME for prioritization.
- Accessories eCommerce enhancement roadmap by supporting delivery of 3 to 5 monthly and quarterly initiatives working with Ford Business, Ford IT, and Automotive personnel through agile methodology and tools such as daily standup iteration meetings and weekly Grooming planning sessions.
- Lead Business requirements identification and documentation in Rally with weekly status updates provided to Ford SME.
- Reduce eCommerce customer satisfaction issues and escalations (e.g. refunds and returns) by 90%+ through business initiatives in daily standup leveraging support of customer resolution center activities and process automation implementation.
- Key program design, development and 2H22 launch of eBay and FordPass App initiatives working with Ford IT, Automotive, internal and external stakeholders to measure impact to $60M revenue and $22M profitability targets by supporting daily standup meetings and weekly project team meetings with various data input tasks and data analysis.
- Support payment processing conversion with Ford Credit to the Stripe platform in 2H22 by tracking and analyzing transaction and claims data to identify trends and improve overall performance on a weekly basis.
- Lead transition from iPerceptions customer surveys to Medallia by migrating from legacy platform to new survey tool & questionnaire implementation in 3Q22 in partnership with the CX team by supporting weekly stakeholder discussions.
