NOW HIRING – Forge Helper
1st Shift
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$18.00/hour
Always There Personnel is hiring Forge Helpers for an immediate opening! We're looking for dependable, hardworking candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- Manual dexterity
- Forklift experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stable work history preferred
Job Duties:
- Manufacture products according to customer specifications and drawings
- Set up dies and trimmers
- Produce a test part for inspection before production begins
- Perform visual quality inspections throughout the production run
- Maintain production rates
- Verify operations are completed correctly
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision
Requirements:
- Must provide 3 forms of ID
- Clean background required (no convictions involving violence within the past 3 years )
- Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment
