Description

Our client is seeking a senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to play a critical role in a large-scale S/4HANA brownfield conversion program. This individual will lead finance and controlling-related workstreams, partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure a successful migration while providing end-to-end ownership of solutions and deliverables.

Top Skills Details

- 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with strong emphasis on CO, Product Costing, and Material Ledger.

- Hands-on experience supporting at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.

- Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes, including Asset Accounting and month-end close activities.

- Experience with SAP integrations, including banking interfaces, payment processing, EDI, and cross-functional modules.

- Proven ability to lead initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive projects independently.

Work Environment

4 days onsite in Tampa, FL & 1 day remote. Mondays are mandatory, any other day is fine for remote.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Support and drive SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion activities across Finance and Controlling.

Lead configuration, analysis, testing, and deployment efforts related to FI/CO processes.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Costing, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, and month-end close processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, AMS partners, and leadership to identify requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Provide ownership from requirements gathering through post-deployment support and validation.

Participate in knowledge transfer and transition activities with existing resources.

Support cross-functional integrations involving MM, SD, and PP modules.
