Sr. Product Designer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Product Designer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities:- Provide design support to the Spectrum systems design team to support the following activities:
- Rollout & Adoption Support for:
- Sticker Sheet
- Directory
- Refactored Components & Design Tokens
- Track & document adoption metrics across users
- Creation of rollout training materials
- Live education sessions with users to inform on usage guidelines for the above
- Hands-on troubleshooting with users as-needed
- Create & maintain a living document of updates, decisions, and rationales throughout rollout so teams can track changes and understand context
- New Website Design - Phase 2
- Define visual look & feel for new website experience
- Define core functionality & interactions for new website experience
- Validate feasibility with engineering through the creation of usable Figma prototypes
- Documentation & handoff to development
- Design & launch support through eng phases
- Rollout & Adoption Support for:
- Deep knowledge of Design Systems and fluent in Figma
