The Concierge team is responsible for greeting visitors, answering the phone, relaying messages, and performing the highest level of customer service. They complete administrative duties to support multiple departments within the community and is also a key point of contact during any emergency at the community.The hours for this position are 10:00pm-6:00am.Schedule: Monday-FridayResponsibilitiesEnsure front entrance, lobby, and reception areas are neat, clean, and organized at all times, presenting a professional first impression of the communityEnsure all people who come in contact with are welcomed to the community by standing to greet and offering any assistance neededAnswer, transferring, and delivering appropriate message calls while using a professional and courteous voiceMonitor all visitors, requesting them to sign in/out of logbook, reporting suspicious persons or activity immediately to the supervisorSort and distribute incoming mailAccept and report resident’s special requestsMaintain communities lost and found systemOrder and replenish administrative supplies as necessarySupport Executive Director and other departments in administrative functions as neededMaintain and check off meal attendance tracking form alerting staff of needed room services or residents who have not yet attended mealsEnsure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediatelyComply with Clearwater Living standards/policies to encourage safe and efficient operationsEncourage teamwork through open communication with associatesDisplay a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when workingRepresent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basisPerform other duties and tasks as assigned or requiredQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredA minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or in related field preferredBackground clearances as required by government regulationsMust meet health requirements, including TBCurrent First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plusClearwater Living is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
