MORE SPECIFICALLY, WHAT YOU’LL DO The Bid Coordinator supports quote package development by entering and accessing data in the Oasis ERP software databases to expedite the quoting process. A day in the life of a Bid Coordinator may include the following: Preparing bid documentation Researching to obtain further information for incomplete documents Assigning incoming bid requests to the appropriate Quotation Analyst based on pre-determined criteria Maintaining the online bid board with accuracy and timeliness Assisting with job submittal organization Producing daily and weekly quote reports for the sales and quotes teams Providing required monthly quote report to our contact at Philips Professionally communicating with internal and external parties as needed with a focus on excellent customer service and sense of urgency when needed Performing miscellaneous administrative duties such as attending meetings, preparing notes, maintaining orderly customer job files and customer database, etc. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities or inaccuracies, and if possible, checking output And last, but not least, everyone is expected to step up and help when needed. Compensation The information below reflects the anticipated initial base salary range. Should an employment offer be extended, the base salary offered will account for several factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, education, certifications, etc. Depending on an individual's job-relevant qualifications, the range may be exceeded. Job Title: Bid Coordinator Type of Role: Individual Contributor Reports to: Quotations Manager Requirements TECHNICALLY SPEAKING, YOU HAVE A high school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software The ability to work independently, prioritize simultaneous assignments with accuracy and efficiency BONUS POINTS FOR HAVING 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative duties Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Oasis #J-18808-Ljbffr Lighting-Environments-
