Description

AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

No automotive experience required - paid training provided. If you're friendly, motivated, dependable, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to start a career in customer service, sales, marketing, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer questions and schedule automotive services
• Explain windshield repair and replacement services
• Assist customers with insurance information and documentation
• Recommend additional vehicle services such as window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Identify customer and vehicle service needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Work with retail partners, military personnel, and local customers
