Maximizing the productivity of the Navicare Outreach team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Outreach Coordinator will provide sales and marketing support, develop presentations, facilitate outreach events, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver presentations to various target audiences, including community organizations and healthcare professionals Coordinate and participate in outreach and educational events while maintaining communication with internal departments to resolve member issues Generate reports on marketing campaigns and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience Current Driver's License and AHIP Certificate, with satisfactory CORI results Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid services, marketing, and enrollment policies Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, preferably with elders and disabled individuals Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is preferred
