Day shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist in the Acute Rehab Unit, where you'll work with patients aged 18 and older, focusing on ortho and neuro rehabilitation. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential therapy interventions, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans. You will be a key player in promoting recovery and improving patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patient conditions, developing effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic EHR.
• Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (MSPT/DPT). Prior experience in inpatient rehab is preferred. A valid state PT license is required.
