Business Analyst

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Business Analyst to support a leading financial institution. This role is responsible for managing the client onboarding process for institutional clients, ensuring a seamless account opening experience while partnering with Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced financial environment, has strong communication and organizational skills, and enjoys building relationships while navigating complex onboarding and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional clients across multiple products Support onboarding for Sponsored Repurchase Agreements and related documentation for U.S. Treasury clearing Partner closely with Sales teams to prioritize client onboarding requests and manage workflow Coordinate internal and external discussions to facilitate negotiation of trading agreements, including ISDA, MRA, CDEA, and MSFTA Develop expertise in account opening requirements, including AML, KYC, and legal entity alignment Ensure onboarding milestones are completed within client service level expectations and market deadlines Deliver exceptional client service throughout the onboarding process Collaborate with Legal, Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1–3 years of experience in client service, financial services, banking, or a related environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service General understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML, or regulatory requirements Previous experience with onboarding functions, due diligence, or agreement negotiation is preferred Experience with trading agreements such as ISDA, MRA, CDEA, or MSFTA is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What We Offer Pride Global offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity) 401(k) retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal support services Auto, home, and pet insurance options Employee discounts with preferred vendors More about us: Russell Tobin is an equal opportunity employer.
