Nurses work alongside experienced providers and supportive colleagues to deliver timely, compassionate care across a wide range of emergency conditions, while growing their skills in a department that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered outcomes. How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. * Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. * Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. * Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Schedule: Full-Time (MidShift) 3x12 What we're looking for * Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred * BCLS required * ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
