Compensation and Pay Structure Average weekly earnings between $1,375 and $1,475, paid every week Extra pay for stops, breakdowns, detention time, layovers, and passing clean inspections Transition pay provided during the first few weeks as you get up to speed Home 6 full days per month with flexible scheduling options Full benefit coverage including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, plus paid vacation and holiday time.
