Registered Nurse Operating Room

Location: Scottsbluff, Nebraska

Pay Rate: $60.00 - $72.00/hr

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 4x10-Hour Shifts | Varied Schedule

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required

On-Call: Weekday and weekend call required | Every 4th-5th weekend plus 1 weeknight call


Responsibilities
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Circulate for orthopedic and neuro surgical cases
• Prepare and support operating room workflow for scheduled procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and clinical staff
• Maintain sterile technique, infection prevention, and patient safety standards
• Complete accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Participate in weekday, weeknight, and weekend call rotation
• Support urgent and high-acuity surgical cases as needed


Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse license required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience required
• Orthopedic Operating Room experience required
• Neuro Operating Room experience required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma/surgical experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Must be flexible with varied shifts and call requirements
