Pay: $75K/YR to $80K/YR DOE The pay listed is the hourly/salary rate for this position. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations, audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, overtime control, employee performance appraisals, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation, training of custodians and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper a cost-effective manner. ABM will accept applications until 5/25/2026.
