As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll make a meaningful difference by evaluating and addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within school settings is highly valued
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations
• Provide direct and consultative services to support student success across K-12 settings
• Document services and progress thoroughly in accordance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered environment
