Compensation: $700,000 - $800,000

We are seeking a Spine Surgeon to join a rapidly expanding medical community in Northwest Arkansas, where there is a significant demand for services and an exceptional quality of life.

• No existing spine surgeon on the team; there is a substantial unmet need in the community.
• Immediate access to a high volume of cases.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) will be utilized whenever feasible; hospital operating room available as necessary.
• A robust and varied referral network, including 29 primary care physicians within the system.
• Demonstrated success in quickly establishing high-volume specialty programs.
• Approximately 10 days of on-call duty each month, supported by both employed and independent orthopedic surgeons.
• Focus on operating room time rather than clinic hours.
• Comprehensive support staff, including Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), first assistants, hospitalists, and intensivists.
• Eight operating rooms total (four inpatient and four outpatient), including two robotic surgical suites.
• No obstetric services, ensuring no interruptions from emergency C-sections.

• Base salary up to $800,000, with earning potential exceeding $1 million.
• Two-year income guarantee followed by a percentage of collections, approximately 50%.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000, along with $10,000 for relocation assistance.
