Job Description Physician- OB/GYN – Job Summary Ideal Candidate BC/BE OB/GYN (MD/DO) Practice Overview Established, multi-site organization with long-standing community presence Multiple clinics and hospital-based practice Serves a diverse patient population, including underserved and high-need communities Patient Demographics Majority low-income or uninsured Significant pediatric and adolescent population Includes patients experiencing homelessness and participating in WIC programs Hospital Privileges Hospital-based deliveries and procedures Residency restriction: within 10 miles of hospital OB Hospitalist available 24/7 for backup support Position Details Reason for Opening: Replacement Employment Type: Full-time, employed Practice Mix: Full-spectrum OB/GYN ~75% Obstetrics ~25% Gynecology Setting: Traditional OB/GYN practice Clinic Deliveries C-sections Gynecologic surgery Volume Expectations Clinic: 28–35 patients/day (~420 visits/month) Deliveries: ~25/month per OB/GYN
