BG Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-established multifamily community in the Dayton, Ohio area. We are looking for a motivated, dependable professional who takes pride in their work, stays productive throughout the day, and is ready to tackle work orders with urgency and professionalism.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• $21.00 per hour
• Weekly pay available through BG Staffing

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and work orders efficiently
• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues
• Handle basic electrical repairs and fixture replacements
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and touch-up work
• Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and property staff

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must own and provide basic maintenance tools
• Ability to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
