You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, influence high‑stakes decisions, and ensure projects deliver on schedule, budget, quality, and uptime— with the autonomy and authority to make it happen. The position: Serve as the single point of coordination between owner, designers, contractors, and vendors Drive design progression, reviews, bulletins, and issue resolution Manage design‑phase budget, schedule, risk, and change Oversee construction administration: RFIs, submittals, quality, and closeout Deliver clear weekly executive reporting (schedule, cost, risks, KPIs) Build long‑term client trust as a strategic extension of the owner’s team Could this role be for you?
