**Position: Patient Care Coordinator (Temporary, 10-14 Weeks)**

**Location: Chevy Chase, MD**

**Hours: Full-Time (8:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM, Monday – Friday)**

**Remote/Hybrid: No**

**Compensation: $25–28 per hour, commensurate with experience**

**Parking: On-site available**

We are seeking a highly professional, personable Patient Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our small, high-end team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey

- Manage multi-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments with precision

- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, including payment collection

- Maintain accurate paper charts and records (note: practice does not utilize electronic medical records or insurance billing)

- Support basic office operations, including document scanning, filing, and supply management

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- 1–2 years of patient-facing experience within a cosmetic dermatology, med spa, or medical office setting

- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures (e.g., fillers, neuromodulators, laser or energy-based treatments) is a plus, though not required—extensive training will be provided

- Associate degree or higher educational qualification

- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills

- Professional, polished appearance with a positive, extroverted demeanor

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with office scheduling, billing, and payment software

- Reliable commute within 15–20 miles of Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD
