What You’ll Do & The Impact You’ll Make

As a Senior Universal Banker, you’ll be the go – to financial guide for members. You will:

• Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, and long - termgoals.
• Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service.
• Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.
• Mentor and support Universal Bankers , helping elevate the member experience and team performance.
• Solve problems creatively , from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.
• Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smart decision – making.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtainandmaintaina NMLS number .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that reflect Summit’s positive, member – focused culture.
• Adaptability and sound judgment to handle unique daily challenges within established guidelines.
• Active listening skills and a commitment to fully understanding and resolving member needs.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate proactively with members and non – members.
• High attention to detail , with consistent follow – up and follow – through.
• Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
• Basic math skills and readiness to learn more complex financial concepts.

• Physical Demands of Position :While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Environmental/Working Conditions : Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.
