Assembler

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble products, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and blueprints Perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet company standards Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment Operate warehouse and production equipment safely and effectively Troubleshoot minor production issues and report equipment concerns promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Physically able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling) Strong communication and teamwork skills Safety-conscious mindset with willingness to learn and follow procedures Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance required EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
