This role is for a Senior Manager for Program Management (PMO) to lead the Modification and Upgrade (MAU) program management teams delivering critical aftermarket programs within Interiors products. As a Senior Manager for Program Management, you will lead the Program Management Office, ensuring best practice, quality assurance, and executional excellence for a team of program management professionals. Responsibilities Lead the Program Management Office with limited oversight; develop program standards, procedures, and best practices. Manage data and status reports for all programs at the portfolio level (Line Schedule, WAR Board, Program Reviews, NRE reports, Escalation reports). Develop and facilitate monthly RLPM cadence reviews; create and archive monthly presentations/artifacts. Proactively identify risks and develop solutions through collaboration with PMs and other functions. Review processes released by Collins and Interiors to ensure compliance. Coordinate monthly financial forecasts; evaluate progress against targets and report to leadership. Review monthly hard costs and allocate to programs or indirect costs; audit sales orders and assist with unique sales order requirements. Escalate process issues within the ERP system and with shared services personnel. Develop portfolio-level reporting against Key Performance Indicators. Coordinate with engineering and BD proposal teams and PM management to ensure bid schedules and R&O are available for Gate B reviews. Manage annual escalation process (templates, reports, escalation of issues). Oversee Docusign accounts, including monthly audits of envelope usage and annual contract purchases. Qualifications Typically requires a University Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience. Program management experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally in commercial aviation interiors. Experience with operations/manufacturing engineering organizations; prior leadership or team lead responsibilities. Strong sense of urgency with ability to prioritize competing tasks. Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, etc.). Experience with Smartsheet.
