Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Escrow Officer role based in Kentucky, United States. The Escrow Officer will manage residential real estate escrow files from opening through post-closing, ensuring all documents, funds, and conditions are handled accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing settlement statements, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals, and conducting in-person closings. The role also involves verifying title and escrow instructions, securing required signatures, disbursing funds, and resolving any issues that arise before or during closing. The Escrow Officer will provide proactive, responsive customer service, maintain detailed file documentation, and support a smooth, timely closing experience for all parties. Qualifications Strong expertise in escrow and closing processes, including experience managing escrow files and conducting Closings. Ability to perform Notary duties and ensure proper execution and notarization of real estate documents in accordance with state regulations. Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions, including common documentation, settlement statements, and regulatory requirements. Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and guide clients through the closing process. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with title and escrow software, standard office applications, and secure handling of confidential information. Relevant state licensing or certification as an Escrow Officer or Notary (or eligibility to obtain, as required by Kentucky law). Previous experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing environments preferred; additional experience in financial or legal settings is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
