Spa Massage Therapist

Castle Hill Fitness & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong therapeutic skill set and a clinical approach to bodywork.
We are looking for a practitioner who can do more than provide a good massage. Our ideal candidate is skilled at assessment, understands how to work with pain patterns and movement limitations, and can tailor sessions to support recovery, function, and long-term client progress. This person should be confident working with clients seeking relief from chronic tension, injury patterns, overuse, stress-related holding, and general musculoskeletal discomfort.
This role is suited for a therapist with extensive professional experience, strong hands-on skills, and a clear commitment to high-quality care.

What we're looking for:
- Current Texas Massage Therapy License
- Significant professional experience as a massage therapist
- Strong background in therapeutic massage and treatment-based bodywork
- Ability to assess client presentation and create individualized sessions based on need
- Experience working with clients dealing with pain, restriction, stress patterns, and recovery needs
- Reliable, grounded, and capable of building long-term client trust
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative wellness team
- Some evening and weekend availability
- Advanced training in modalities such as myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, sports massage, lymphatic techniques, Structural Integration or Rolfing and/or other clinically useful specialties
- Experience supporting active clients, injured clients, and clients seeking ongoing therapeutic care
- Comfort communicating clearly about treatment goals, session focus, and realistic outcomes
- Experience in a multidisciplinary or wellness-based setting
