In this exciting role, you will help create a positive dental experience for children in a friendly and welcoming environment. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment for use. Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatments. Provide excellent chair-side support and comfort to young patients. Educate children and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and service delivery. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Experience in a dental office, particularly with children, is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Passion for working with children and promoting dental health.
