As a Benefits Advisor with NKH Insurance Agency, you’ll help individuals and families find insurance solutions designed around their needs while building your own independent business. You’ll have access to a proven leads system, multiple carriers and products, industry-leading technology, guided mentorship, and a team that will challenge and support you as you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance solutions
• Meet with clients virtually by phone or video to understand their insurance needs
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and team development
• Build relationships while developing a sustainable book of business

What We’re Looking For

• A current life insurance license and NPN
• Strong work ethic, high character and integrity
• Coachability and openness to learning a proven system
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Consistent follow-through and attention to detail
• A team-first attitude combined with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM technology is helpful
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor, 1099 commission-only opportunity. There is no salary or hourly wage.

• Part-Time Potential: estimated $50,000–$75,000+ first year at 6–8 policies per month
• Full-Time Potential: estimated $125,000–$175,000+ first year at 15–20 policies per month
